Catt Olazabal
Finance and Administration Manager

Catt Olazabal joined the WAGES staff in May of 2012 as the Finance and Administration Manager after providing consultant accounting services to WAGES since October, 2011. Catt has worked in the for-profit sector beginning with her position at Pacific Bell in geographical information systems; continuing at ReloAction and U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business in administration and accounting; and developing her skills in human resources, recruiting, and compliance at Robert Half International. It was after her time at Robert Half when Catt realized her desire to work in the non-profit arena, and in 2007 she accepted the position of Operations Manager at LIFETIME (Low-Income Families' Empowerment through Education). Catt continued to develop her non-profit accounting skills and began consulting as an accountant for non-profits organizations ranging in size from 2 to 62 employees with budgets ranging from $175,000 to $7.6 million annually. Catt's skills will enable WAGES to strengthen its systems for processes and procedures, as well as to maintain transparency in WAGES' financial and administrative functions.
