WAGES is committed to building the field of immigrant-led worker cooperatives and extending the benefits of worker ownership to communities across the country. In order to support others considering cooperative development projects, we are publishing a toolkit -- a series of web-based tools to provide concrete materials and lessons from our experiences. We also recommend that you explore our compilation of co-op resources.

For those exploring the possibility of launching a co-op, WAGES will offer a Co-op Readiness Institute in Oakland, CA on September 29 and 30. Participants will leave equipped to make an informed and realistic decision about whether cooperative development is an appropriate strategy for them. We will also provide important tools necessary to take initial steps in planning.
