Participants receive intensive coaching and training in leadership skills, assume responsibilities in training other members, and represent their peers and WAGES in the public eye and at community events.
WAGES also provides referrals for co-op members to partner with community organizations that specialize in outreach, education, and resources for low-income and immigrant women. Co-op members receive skills-training in a variety of areas, including language and technology education and instruction.
